Matagorda Beaches are beautiful, but beach permit is required to drive a vehicle on the beach. You can buy your permit at Stanley’s General Stores.
Free Fishing Day Saturday!
The first Saturday in June of each year is the annual Free Fishing Day and you are not required to have a fishing license while fishing on that day. But, if you need a fishing license after that we have them available at Stanley’s General Stores.
